Rates
Enrollment fee: $75
Per family (non-refundable) + first and last week payment in advance. Enrollment fee must be paid before first day in attendance.
Supply fee: $50
Twice yearly ages 18 months and up (per child). Due August 1st and February 1st

Children must be fully potty-trained in order to receive the reduced three-year-old rate.
- It is the parents responsibility to inform the office when your child is due a rate change. Rate changes will not be retroactive.
School age fees:
Absence fee without notification: If your child is not in school for the day and you have not notified Kid’s Harbor Learning Center that we will not be picking your child up there will be a $10.00 fee, per child, charged to your account for each occurrence. After your third occurrence, this fee will double. (See Transportation)

- During holidays, when your child is out of school for more than two days and your child receives all day care versus after-school care, you will be responsible for the full weekly rate of $125.00 per week whether your child attends during the holiday or not.
Drop in Rates: $75.00
Paid daily in advance – limited availability
Drop in rates cannot be interchangeable with full time rates. We accept drop-ins on a very limited basis. You must check with the Director twenty-four hours in advance to ensure space is available. Drop in rates are to be paid in advance daily.
Required Documents: There are a number of documents required by State Licensing Standards in order to enroll your child in a facility. Upon enrollment you will be advised as to what is needed in the office. All documents will need to be completed and turned in to the office 48 hours prior to your child being able to attend. Parents will be notified of any new or updated requirements in the following ways: handouts in the child’s cubby, emails, as well as a phone call and/or through Remind101.
