Safety and Security

When it comes to the safety of your child, there’s no such thing as being too careful. That’s why Kid’s Harbor employs proprietary technology that allows our staff instant access to your child’s medical information, arrival and departure times, and the names of people authorized for drop off and pick up.

To ensure your child’s safety, it is our strict policy that only authorized personnel are admitted into our building. Beyond keeping children safe, we believe children learn better when they feel they are in a secure and comfortable environment.

 Nurturing Care and Education 

From our classroom to common areas, everything about Kid’s Harbor has been developed to build relationships with warm, caring teachers while learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

Kids Harbor Learning Center is a part of “a voluntary quality-based childcare rating system of childcare providers participating in the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) subsidized childcare program” known as Texas Rising Star (TRS). The Classroom Experiences:

We design spaces for playing, eating and sleeping that enable children to feel safe and secure. We provide play and learning materials that meet children’s needs for exploration and active learning.

Very young children must move their bodies and use their senses to understand their world. That’s why we divide our classrooms into interest areas where they can make emotional connections with themselves, their peers and adults.
